We currently offer free standard shipping.
Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy. Please allow the full shipping timeframe for your item to arrive.

Why hasn't my item shipped yet?
While most of our items have a relatively short shipping timeframe, there are those that need just a little more time to get to you. Below are some of the items that take longer to ship/deliver than average. Please be advised that this list is not all inclusive. Always make sure you are checking the product description and your delivery estimate for further information on the shipping of your item.
Custom Art
Custom art can take up to 10 business days to ship. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information.
Oversized Items
Oversized items (furniture sets, appliances, shipments weighing over 151lbs, etc) can take up to 10 business days to ship. Generally, you should receive your shipment within 4 weeks of your order date. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery once it is in your local area.
How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your package once it’s in transit. Using the link provided via email, you can sign up for text notifications for delivery updates. You can select alerts when your order ships, when it’s expected to arrive and when it is finally delivered.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed on puppoos.com, there is only a very small window of time when we are able to cancel an order. Typically an order can only be canceled within approximately 15 minutes from the time it was placed.
Will I get an order confirmation email?
You should receive your Order Confirmation Email shortly after your order has been placed on puppoos.com.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
